Student Visa
A person considering applying for a UK Student Visa must fulfill the following requirements:
Have an unconditional offer of study from an approved sponsoring organization,
Be over 16 years of age,
To have received Acceptance Approval for Education from the sponsoring institution,
Score at least 70 points in the point-based system,
You must have the relevant academic qualifications required to join the course and have actually studied in the UK. aiming to get an education,

The system based on immigration points is as follows:
50 points: Acceptance for the relevant course 10 points: Meeting financial requirements

Course:
If a person wishes to study in the UK, their course must comply with the Student Visa rules. For a course to be eligible, it must have the following qualifications:
A full-time course leading to a qualification below degree level (RQF level 3, 4 or 5). There must be at least 15 hours of organized daytime study per week,
Full-time course leading to a qualification at degree level or above (RQF level 6, 7 or 8),
Part of an overseas course that is equivalent to a higher education course in the UK full-time at degree level or above (RQF level 6, 7 or 8), which will be awarded as Course,
Part-time course leading to a qualification above degree level (RQF level 7 or above),
A recognized preparation program for doctors or dentists after graduation,
An English language at level B2 as defined by the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages Course
Financial Requirements:
To qualify to study in the UK, the applicant will need to prove their financial means. They will need to show that they have enough money to support themselves in the UK.
The minimum financial costs that must be demonstrated are as follows:
£1,334 per month for up to 9 months for London-based courses,
For courses outside London £1,023 per month for up to 9 months
The applicant must be able to show the required amount in the bank account for 28 uninterrupted days. The end date of the 28-day period must be within 31 days from the date of the visa application.
